BarbaraAnn was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of our home sale. The suggestions she gave on flooring, paint, and upgrades to maximize our profit was on spot. She was available for questions and guided/supported us from prelisting to closing. She worked with our schedule and timing for listing. As the agent for both parties, I feel she fairly represented us and worked to get us the final closing numbers we needed.
