Velma was incredible. Super responsive, provided timelines, sound advice, excellent negotiation skills, and very personable. We got our house under asking in the white hot market in late 2021. She also negotiated the fridge, washer and dryer into the home deal. Couldn’t be happier. She is also a full time agent with decades of real estate experience as an agent.
