Dave is a great guy, very knowledgeable. Helped me take a previously renovated house that needed a little TLC, and positioned it nicely for a new owner. Needed to strap a water heater, updated home warranty, had connections with local contractors to resod lawn, paint, and check the seal around the foundation. Very happy with the result.
