She helped us go through every detail of the house inspection report and explained every question we have on other daunting documents. During closing, we had an issue with the lender we originally worked with, she instantly funds one for us and the rest of the process just worked like a charm! Most impressively, Jowell’s mother, Jacque, is an agent and notary as well! She gave us very helpful advice and answering questions when we talked to Jowell over the phone. We later encountered a title issue due to a mistake, Jacque instantly did notarization for us for free! We feel so lucky to have Jowell as we are not working with just one but an excellent and joyful family team!
