The opportunity arose to purchase my second home in Placerville. Y nephew called me on a Thursday to let me know the house next door was for sale. I drove on Saturday to view the property and loved it! That’s when I called Michelle and told her I was interested in making an offer on the property. Michelle said she would call me back in half an hour with information. She called the selling agent to find out they were taking offer on Sunday by noon. Michelle went to work finding comps for similar properties and by 12am she wrote up the perfect offer to submit. Michelle put in the offer and at 1pm she called to inform me that my offer was accepted. Best real estate transaction ever. I thank Michelle for making this dream purchase come true.
