Tom Pitzer

My husband and I have worked with the Tom Pitzer and the Schlichter team multiple times in buying and selling our homes in Colorado. We have had an amazing experience with him each time - he is truly exceptional at what he does! He makes what is undoubtedly a daunting and stressful process easy. My wife and I recently closed on the purchase of our new condominium. Tom Pitzer of the Schlichter Team represented us, and when he asked us to review our experience, we could not have been happier to do so. From defining our needs, through the search and showings, negotiating the contract with the Seller, and closing, it was a real pleasure working with Tom and his team throughout the process. Went through Tom to buy a new property and so glad I did. He was patient but timely, which seems like a tough balance in today's market. Felt no pressure to make decisions until we were both comfortable with it. He provided a valuable opinion and advice when I needed it. Highly recommend!

Tom was really great to work with. As introverts, the social interaction of working with an agent was a concern but he made it easy to ask question and was comfortable with minimal small talk. He was always happy to show us houses regardless of where they were and whether they were in the MLS postings their tool offered. Helped us get a home at a good price in an expensive and competitive area. Definitely recommend him to friends when asked, would work with him again (though hopefully not for awhile, we love the home we got)!

What's there to say? All I can tell you is that Tom was a wonderful advocate for us in finding our new home. He works hard and in a timely manner. He is extremely easy to talk to, and we enjoyed our house hunting days with him.

We closed on our first home earlier this month after working mostly with Tom. He and David were amazingly helpful through everything, and we had such a great experience working with them. Tom was always very responsive and answered the multitude of questions we asked patiently. We had a house we really liked under contract that we decided to walk away from due to a not so great inspection. Tom was able to find a similar house in near perfect condition that we ended up loving more! It was truly like he knew what we really wanted. He was great when it came time to put in our offers, and both that we put in were accepted. The David Schlichter Team provided us with the best service, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
