My wife and I recently closed on the purchase of our new condominium. Went through Tom to buy a new property and so glad I did. He was patient but timely, which seems like a tough balance in today's market. Felt no pressure to make decisions until we were both comfortable with it. He provided a valuable opinion and advice when I needed it. Highly recommend!

Tom was really great to work with. As introverts, the social interaction of working with an agent was a concern but he made it easy to ask question and was comfortable with minimal small talk. He was always happy to show us houses regardless of where they were and whether they were in the MLS postings their tool offered. Helped us get a home at a good price in an expensive and competitive area. Definitely recommend him to friends when asked, would work with him again (though hopefully not for awhile, we love the home we got)!

What's there to say? All I can tell you is that Tom was a wonderful advocate for us in finding our new home. He works hard and in a timely manner. He is extremely easy to talk to, and we enjoyed our house hunting days with him.

We closed on our first home earlier this month after working mostly with Tom. He and David were amazingly helpful through everything, and we had such a great experience working with them. Tom was always very responsive and answered the multitude of questions we asked patiently. We had a house we really liked under contract that we decided to walk away from due to a not so great inspection. Tom was able to find a similar house in near perfect condition that we ended up loving more! It was truly like he knew what we really wanted. He was great when it came time to put in our offers, and both that we put in were accepted. The David Schlichter Team provided us with the best service, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Tom was awesome. He really listened to me and what I was looking for, gave me great advice throughout the entire process, and never made me feel stupid, no matter how ridiculous the question or request. He was really a teammate throughout the entire process. He responded quickly, either with an answer or an update, and I always felt like he was working with me one-on-one, even though I knew that wasn't the case. Buying a home in a volatile market like Denver can be a daunting task on its own. Trying to do it while living overseas could seem nearly impossible. That is the situation my wife and I found ourselves in. We are so grateful we found Tom and the David Schlichter Team! Tom and David spoke with my wife and I on the phone and via email at first to get an idea of the price range and part of town we were looking at. Once we set parameters, he provided us with links to relevant MLS listings that we could view online. Fortunately, we were able to travel to the US briefly to view houses before our permanent move. In the short period of time we had, he was able to find us a home that was exactly what we were looking for. After we returned home, Tom continued to provide invaluable guidance as we sorted out the many complexities of purchasing a home from abroad. Throughout the entire process, Tom was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We appreciated his approach - providing information and some suggestions, but really allowing my wife and I to make our own decisions without any undue pressure. It's no exaggeration to say that we couldn't have done it without him!

David and Tom were great in helping us to buy an investment property in Denver. We mostly worked with Tom, but David served as a resource when there was a specific question we wanted other insight on. We do not live in Denver so Tom helped us to see a lot of places and worked around our schedule when we were in town. Tom was very patient throughout the process and very nice throughout it all. We were probably more demanding clients and also went through a rather arduous process (made offers on 5+ places, went under contract but fell out for 1, and went through a negotiation process for another before finding this home). We also had a difficult financing process and Tom strategically helped us advocate with the seller and helped us deal with the lender as well. Tom and team is equipped to handle complicated transactions and has an amazing attitude as well. Very appreciative of their team and would recommend!
