When I met Scott at his open house he had an uphill battle to convince me that he could handle my real estate needs. I have bought and sold five homes in my 65 years. I have fired 15 agents. Why? Failure to be responsive; failure to be professional; failure to be creative; failure to be motivated. Scott is creative(!), professional, friendly, personable, caring, motivated, and effective. When the deal to sell our rental property ran into an issue with the HOA's insurance coverage, Scott went in person to the parent company on the morning of closure and resolved the issue. Without his influence and ability to negotiate a corporate-level coverage issue, the deal would have fallen through. His keen insights, personality, professional approach and ability to negotiate in a moment that could have gone the wrong way with the buyer's lender was resolved within hours of notification. You cannot ask for a more dedicated and connected agent than Scott. He has depth of market knowledge that you don't find with others. His connections throughout Colorado are at the highest levels and helps resolve many challenges in the transaction before the become issues.
