Mike was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. If you want to do a 1031 exchange (as in my case), he’s really helpful too. He knows exactly who to hook you up with. He helped me sell my house and helped me buy another house within the 1031 rules and timeframe. He was an excellent negotiator too. At the end of the day, I felt every thing went very smoothly and easily with his help. Highly recommended!!
