Kerri helped a ton with getting my wife and I into our beautiful new home. While I was deployed, the team at Reality One helped my wife in every aspect of the home search. From traveling home to home around Colorado Springs, to setting us up in a new build and inspecting it along the way. They also gave us all the resources needed to get us through the process. We had the opportunity to work with Kerri and her team after dealing with a horrible agent! Kerri and her team quickly came in and helped turn things around. She scheduled a fabulous photographer who did a fantastic photo shoot of the property and did an awesome job editing and prepping the photos before going back on the market. Kerri is trustworthy, hardworking, honest, and will do her absolute best to network and get showings into your property. I would highly recommend working with Kerri and her team, she turned a bad experience (not with her) into a solid transaction that would not have taken place without her hard work, marketing, and networking. If you are in a tough market position and need to sell your house, Kerri is the person I'd recommend every time.

We were moving from out of state. We had an idea of where we wanted to be, and had a list of must haves for our family. Kerri was very knowledgeable about the area, had great feedback on different locations based on our family requirements. She worked with us remotely and was able to take us on home tours virtually and even pre-view places we'd find online to see if it was worth our time. We ended up doing a build and she was at all our virtual walks with the builder and was the glue between the builder and us since we couldn't be there in person. We love our new home, our new community, and are looking forward to many happy years in our perfect home.

Kerri and Owen helped us immensely from 700 miles away purchase a home in a medical crisis imvolving my spouse. We needed a new home close to the medical facility that met all of our criteria. Their quick yet thorough review of our options allowed us to move forward with our plan without any red tape or distractions. Kerri was incredible to work with. We were purchasing a home with her long distance in this crazy market. We were wanting to make a move from Las Vegas to the Springs. She always made time for us to FaceTime tour homes when we saw something interesting pop up. She knew that we were financially conservative and that we felt super uncomfortable having to bid over ask for homes & she never pressured us to up our price. Instead she encouraged us to be patient for the right one. We ended up selling our Vegas home and relocating to Colorado Springs and renting for 6 months until she helped us find the perfect new build spec home. She referred us to a great loan officer and the two of them helped to make this home purchase seamless. We are so thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Kerri.
