Keri went above and beyond in almost every possible way in the selling of our home. She eagerly rolled up her sleeves to help get our house ready to list. She worked to help us to reduce out of pocket expenses. She did an open house in a rural area (which means not a lot of traffic), and she was always prompt in answering any questions or getting the info if she did not know the answer. I reached out to Mark regarding a property he had listed and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He drove two hours out to the property to take videos for me and spent a lot of time on the phone with me before I could see it in person, as I was out of state. Although I loved the place, it wasn’t the best fit for my family’s needs, but I liked Mark so much that I asked him to be our buyer’s agent and represent us when we did find the right fit. He took care of all of our needs, and was very thorough in all of our conversations and every aspect of the transaction. Mark has a wealth of technical knowledge about banking, loans, rate trends, and both local and national economic policies and was able to easily navigate the complexities of our personal finances. He has an IMMENSE amount of patience and was always professional, polite, and kind. He was up front and honest, and has an all-around great character. Mark never once exhibited any of the negative traits stereotypical of those involved in sales, and always made us feel comfortable and confident in our actions. It’s obvious that he genuinely cares about his clients and will go out of his way to make others happy. It honestly felt like working with a favorite trusted family member. I wouldn’t even consider working with another real estate agent in Colorado or Florida, and already have plans to work with Mark again in the near future.
