I called several realtors in the Springs/Southern Colorado area to help us purchase a home. And out of the several we talked with, Toby was an easy choice because he was the only one who spent more time asking us questions and listening than he did boasting his credentials. But his expertise was quickly evident through his knowledge of the local housing market. Throughout our entire home search he was always reachable when we needed him, even at inconvenient times. We really felt like he was working hard for us the entire time and wanted to see us . We also believe that his professional offer-writing expertise really made a difference in our offer being chosen. We had an unusually large amount of trouble throughout our contract-process with a variety of things. But he was our biggest support by communicating well with the seller’s realtor and others involved, always happy to answer any questions or worries we had, and he was quick and efficient with any paperwork we needed to sign. I can think of many more wonderful anecdotes from throughout our home-buying process, but I will end with this- Buying a home in a small mountain town was always my husband and my dream, but it seemed unattainable in this extremely competitive housing market. However, we are almost 2 weeks past closing on our beautiful house in Canon City, Colorado. And my family genuinely feels so lucky that we had Toby to help us through the whole process!
