We were moving from out of state. We had an idea of where we wanted to be, and had a list of must haves for our family. Kerri was very knowledgeable about the area, had great feedback on different locations based on our family requirements. She worked with us remotely and was able to take us on home tours virtually and even pre-view places we'd find online to see if it was worth our time. We ended up doing a build and she was at all our virtual walks with the builder and was the glue between the builder and us since we couldn't be there in person. We love our new home, our new community, and are looking forward to many happy years in our perfect home.

Kerri was incredible to work with. We were purchasing a home with her long distance in this crazy market. We were wanting to make a move from Las Vegas to the Springs. She always made time for us to FaceTime tour homes when we saw something interesting pop up. She knew that we were financially conservative and that we felt super uncomfortable having to bid over ask for homes & she never pressured us to up our price. Instead she encouraged us to be patient for the right one. We ended up selling our Vegas home and relocating to Colorado Springs and renting for 6 months until she helped us find the perfect new build spec home. She referred us to a great loan officer and the two of them helped to make this home purchase seamless. We are so thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Kerri.
