The sale happened quickly and went very smooth. All of the internal schedules were met. She had done 1031 tax deferred exchanges before and this knowledge made this sale look easy. The property was presented well and priced right. I was kept informed often during the process. All of the issues occurring during the sale were handled quickly so as not to effect our schedule.
We had a relatively urgent need to move and Kelly was “on it”. She worked with us and coached us through a difficult move! I think she is amazing and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!
We have nothing but compliments and praise for Kelly Frederick. She is very professional, courteous, and great at what she does. My wife and I at one point said, "Why don't we do this all on our own?" But later it was a big "Oh Hell No!!!" because Kelly did such an amazing job! We NEVER could have done this without her and she is worth every dime. She knows the business as if she had been in it 50 years. She listened to our ideas and then would either agree or suggest even a better idea. I recommend her to all my family and friends because she is a winner.
