The sale happened quickly and went very smooth. All of the internal schedules were met. She had done 1031 tax deferred exchanges before and this knowledge made this sale look easy. The property was presented well and priced right. I was kept informed often during the process. All of the issues occurring during the sale were handled quickly so as not to effect our schedule.
