Julie and her team answered every question and every phone call, always ready with a calming answer and the knowledge of the current market, leading to a quick offer. Her team (Caitlin, Rick, & Trey) were attentative to all the transactional details and were instrumental in bringing our sale to a quick and successful close! Our gratefulness extends to the entire team!

We can't recommend Julie highly enough. From the beginning, we felt extremely comfortable with her. She knows the neighborhoods incredibly well, was also super knowledgeable about what to look for in every house we saw with her, was always honest and transparent with us, and never once made us feel pressured to make a decision. We always felt like she was genuinely on our side and looking out for our best interests. One thing that really stood out was her guidance when it came time to make an offer on our house. Julie helped us think through the market and what a fair offer would be, and her advice ended up saving us a significant amount of money. She was also incredibly responsive throughout the process and was a huge help during the inspection and appraisal. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to answer them and explain things clearly. Even after closing, Julie has been a great resource. She connected us with several contractors and vendors who have done excellent work. If we ever buy or sell another home, there's no question we'll work with her again. We recommend her to friends and family every chance we get and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

The Leins Group was outstanding to work with from the moment we expressed interest in buying a house. They were knowledgeable, fun to work with, and thorough throughout the entire process. We are first-time home buyers, and they helped us navigate the market expertly. They helped us get the first house we put an offer on, and negotiated a deal structure that worked for all parties. I highly recommend The Leins Group for a successful, stress-free, and fun home buying experience. They were always only a call or text away, super responsive, and all around a delight to work with. We are so excited for our new home and will be referring everyone we know to The Leins Group.
