I thought I wasn’t in a good place...until I told Jessica, my REALTOR, what I needed to sell my home for and how quickly I needed to sell it. However, she kept assuring me everything would be fine. I thought my timing was horrible because it’s winter time, how long properties are taking to sell right now, and how much I needed to sell it for.
