With Karen, this is not an issue. Additionally her team engages a courier team, they diligently manages your property throughout the listing period until you close the property. This helped us a lot as we were not living in the household. They watered the plants, took care of garage, put signs everywhere for open house and the list is endless. Their marketing tactics was very visible and that contributed lot of turn around for open house. Additionally the support we received from Madison, Courtney, Stephanie and Brie has no parallel! You would get a worry free selling and you know you are on safe hands. The only negative experience we had was with stagers as they ran out of pictures that match the furniture!
