He was very thorough in studying all facts and VERY patient when we changed our minds. In the long run I think he didn't get paid much per hour for his work with us and we were very happy with our results. When he worked with us to build a home, I was very happy and impressed by his ideas, suggestions, and complete knowledge of the process. Definitely a realtor I'd recommend !
