We essentially bought our house sight unseen. Ian took the time to do video tours and was at every inspection on the house. If any issues arose, Ian was right there to handle them. We love our house and Ian helped find the right one for us.

The best way I can summarize Ian Prichard is to say that he is someone you can trust - and trust in two important ways. First, you can trust him from a competence, knowledge, and experience perspective . That's a big claim to make, but now that I'm on the other side of the sale, I can confidently stand by this claim, just as many others have. Ian is an excellent agent who develops a relationship with his clients and works for the absolute best on their behalf. He listens to expectations, concerns, plans, ideas, and anything else you might have for him. While viewing potential properties, Ian often points out specific items that are not obvious, but important. This is invaluable in creating a full picture of the property, what a new owner should expect and how to proceed forward. He is also masterful at handling the buying/selling process. This includes answering questions, minimizing worry and making the process as smooth as possible. Often working behind the scenes to resolve issues he is effective at minimizing stress to the client but always communicates clearly what is being done and the path forward. Even up to the day of closing Ian was still working hard to iron out issues and ensure things completed as planned. He goes the extra mile to ensure you get the home that is right for you.
