Ian is an excellent agent who develops a relationship with his clients and works for the absolute best on their behalf. While viewing potential properties, Ian often points out specific items that are not obvious, but important. This is invaluable in creating a full picture of the property, what a new owner should expect and how to proceed forward. He is also masterful at handling the buying/selling process. This includes answering questions, minimizing worry and making the process as smooth as possible.
