Challi's expertise has allowed me to purchase six homes in the Akron area, three while living out of state, with no regrets and no problems. Her ability to instantly evaluate a property is amazing, and her attention to detail keeps me from making mistakes, as she sees issues that I do not. When I was operating under the 1031 45-day identification requirement, she made herself available 24/7 to respond to all inquiries and requests - I could not ask for a better partner in the real estate industry.

If I could give her 10 stars out of 5 I would. She was on top of everything and kept us informed every second of the way. We will use her every time we buy or sell and will recommend her to everyone!

Challi was extremely helpful, always answered calls and returned all call immediately never had any issue that she did not address immediately and professionally, our house hunt and buying process while out of state was very easy thanks to Challi. Would recommend her to everyone and family.
