Challi's expertise has allowed me to purchase six homes in the Akron area, three while living out of state, with no regrets and no problems. Her ability to instantly evaluate a property is amazing, and her attention to detail keeps me from making mistakes, as she sees issues that I do not. When I was operating under the 1031 45-day identification requirement, she made herself available 24/7 to respond to all inquiries and requests - I could not ask for a better partner in the real estate industry.

Challi was available from the very beginning of our homes listing process, fielding phone calls and answering any questions or concerns we may have had. She also managed some problems we had while we were on vacation after our listed home was broken into and the appliances were stolen. She quickly made the necessary phone calls and secured the entry door with a padlock she purchased. Throughout the process she gave us good advice and did her homework on the area and the comparables, making it possible for us to get what was necessary out of our listing. After the agreement to purchase there were some issues with the home to complete the sale, radon and mold. Both of Challi's references were who I used for remediation, they were prompt, professional and did honest business. Id recommend Challi to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home.
