She keeps you informed about what is going on both with the sale or purchase of your house. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, informative and just the best realtor ever.

I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

Alan made my first time home buying experience as easy and straight forward as possible while being upfront and professional. Very communicative, helpful and answered just about any questions I had, or directed me to the answer.
