Brady did a great job with the sale of my home. The showing process went well--lots of interest. I received an offer within a couple of weeks. The sale was a contingent sale. Brady helped the buyer and the buyer's buyer remove obstacles so that the contingencies could be removed and the sale completed. I really appreciated the extra effort.
