Madeline was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire house-buying process. I could tell she was working very hard behind the scenes to make the entire endeavor as smooth as possible evidenced by the fact of how easy it really was. She laid out each step very clearly and made absolutely sure that i understood each criteria and deadline. We even went well into the night a few times covering some items, which I was impressed with. Extremely upbeat and positive, she was very (cant stress this enough) VERY patient with me and my rather difficult working schedule and work situation. And even when my house criteria changed after multiple weeks of looking together, she took that in stride with ease as well. She just kept it, and to a greater extent me, chill and relaxed. And with a polite nudge occassionally when I needed it. Supportive, kind, and one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to work with, Madeline not only met any expectation I ever had, but exceeded them in every instance. I would highly recommend her any day of the week to anyone who wants to buy a home. Given a score 1-10? I'd give her a 20. Five stars just doesn't cut it.
