As a first time home buyer, Madeline made everything smooth and very easy to understand. She was in constant communication thru out the buying process on how each step would happen and who or what to look out for. She was also very proactive in helping us connect with people for inspections. She brought things up to us that we hadn't thought of or reminded us of things so we wouldn't forget to do them. She definitely made the process go alot easier than you would think buying a home would be. I would definitely recommend Madeline to anyone buying a home.

Madeline was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire house-buying process. I could tell she was working very hard behind the scenes to make the entire endeavor as smooth as possible evidenced by the fact of how easy it really was. She laid out each step very clearly and made absolutely sure that i understood each criteria and deadline. We even went well into the night a few times covering some items, which I was impressed with. Extremely upbeat and positive, she was very (cant stress this enough) VERY patient with me and my rather difficult working schedule and work situation. And even when my house criteria changed after multiple weeks of looking together, she took that in stride with ease as well. She just kept it, and to a greater extent me, chill and relaxed. And with a polite nudge occassionally when I needed it. Supportive, kind, and one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to work with, Madeline not only met any expectation I ever had, but exceeded them in every instance. I would highly recommend her any day of the week to anyone who wants to buy a home. Given a score 1-10? I'd give her a 20. Five stars just doesn't cut it.
Where do I begin? Last year Madeline worked with me diligently as I was going to buy property, or land to build. Well, we ended up finding a ranch duplex on my block! Which my two adult children moved into shortly thereafter, perfect! Madeline held my hand throughout the process, kept me calm, went with me to appointments. At the end, she gave me a binder with every piece of paperwork that I needed. It was labeled and ready to go in my fireproof lock box. Madeline highly recommended getting the home warranty and because I trust her implicitly I of course did! . Thank you Madeline because I needed it today. It is 56° and the furnace on my son’s side quit working. I texted her in a panic Panic . She looked up my policy number, phone number and the claims number for me. I cannot ask for a better realtor. She is still is helping me a year later. As a matter of fact, she sent me a reminder to renew my home warranty. A true gem. Thank you for all you do Madeline

Madeline handled both the sale of the home that was part of an estate that I was the administrator for and the purchase of a condo for my son. There was a lot involved with the estate sale and the timing of the two was really important in order for things to happen smoothly. I could not have been happier with the way everything was handled. When you are involved with large transactions and the timing on things is critical one of the most important things is to stay informed on what is needed and expected. Madeline could not have done a better job at keeping us informed and coordinating everything that needed to happen. She also went above and beyond what I would have expected from her as she put us in touch with some other people that we needed to get things done on time as we were trying to make a lot of things happen over a short period of time and a bit of a geographical distance. I can’t say enough good things about what how things went!
