I cannot say enough about Madeline and her incredible service to us! She held our hands throughout the buying process. We are boomers and not very tech savvy. Madeline was patient and kind and would resend things or print them for me if I couldn’t figure how to download a form. I never felt embarrassed for my lack of knowledge. Regarding knowledge: Madeline could answer any question we had, and went over and above to get answers to literally anything I asked her. I had tears of happiness when she personally called us to tell us that we got the home that we wanted!! We wish her much success and will be referring everyone to her. Madeline is a true gem!!
