Would send info about the showings and keep in touch with me ....Anytime I had a question...she would always answer the call...and made time for me. Pam was wonderful to work with. We are from California so identifying a property across the country for a 1031 and given the short time frame was a challenge. Pam was on it! We toured about 22 properties in a weekend and found the perfect one. While we were back in California Pam handled everything, even things that weren't necessarily her responsibility. Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile.
