Would send info about the showings and keep in touch with me ....Anytime I had a question...she would always answer the call...and made time for me. Pam was wonderful to work with. We are from California so identifying a property across the country for a 1031 and given the short time frame was a challenge. Pam was on it! We toured about 22 properties in a weekend and found the perfect one. While we were back in California Pam handled everything, even things that weren't necessarily her responsibility. We were in constant communication with Pam which lessened the stress on our end tremendously. Pam is professional, knowledgeable and very patient. She has a great personality and is tireless. Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.

I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!
