My realtor Kaela is a very beautiful person inside and out. Kaela was not only considerate but patient as well. When I became unsure about which house to choose after being showed several. Kaela spoke with me about the pros and cons of certain houses. I felt very comfortable working with Kaela as she made sure all my questions were answered. I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

We used Phil Mann to buy our new house and to sell our old house. Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.

Please note Matt Toth is currently with Real of Ohio. Matt is a knowledgeable agent. We would use him again. He was very accommodating and arranged a 3-hour successful open house on short notice. Matt was quick to communicate and respond to any changes of the sales process. He gave very good advice for a counteroffer so that we got the sales price we wanted and closed in only 15 days. It was less than 30 days from the time the house went on the market to closing the deal. He even helped us move several items out of the house.
