Pam was wonderful to work with. We are from California so identifying a property across the country for a 1031 and given the short time frame was a challenge. Pam was on it! We toured about 22 properties in a weekend and found the perfect one. While we were back in California Pam handled everything, even things that weren't necessarily her responsibility. We were in constant communication with Pam which lessened the stress on our end tremendously. Pam is professional, knowledgeable and very patient. She has a great personality and is tireless.
