Where do I begin? Last year Madeline worked with me diligently as I was going to buy property, or land to build. Well, we ended up finding a ranch duplex on my block! Which my two adult children moved into shortly thereafter, perfect! Madeline held my hand throughout the process, kept me calm, went with me to appointments. At the end, she gave me a binder with every piece of paperwork that I needed. It was labeled and ready to go in my fireproof lock box.
