The call of the sea was strong for me, so I moved back to California to live in the city by the Bay. I spent seven years running a two-billion-dollar product line for Intel Corporation’s mobile processing group. After an amazing tenure with multiple awards for saving Intel Corporation over one billion dollars in product obsolescence, I went on to run marketing at a software company. While running marketing for eight years, I also completed the Hass School of Business executive MBA program with a focus on pricing and auction theory, which I still use daily in real estate. In a story as old as Apple, I hit a tech wall and yearned for something more, something customer-facing and service-oriented. Naturally, I launch a winery, event space, and restaurant. I loved the customer service aspect of the hospitality industry. My world travels in my corporate years exposed me to some of the best services in all “corners of the world.” Anticipating clients' needs and creating an unforgettable experience was somewhere in my DNA, and it flourished. But being a polymath with a curiosity for new adventures, I started developing properties with the founders of my winery. Amazing, dynamic superstar

Tami is exceptional. Not only is she a responsive, kind and engaged communicator who was always happy to pick up the phone to answer a question anytime we would call, she also knows everybody! She’s been doing this for 20 years, and every realtor we encountered had a good story to share about her. She connected us to the best inspectors, contractors, painters, stager, etc. to get our house sold extremely quickly (a week & a half!) for a price that far exceeded my expectation. Besides being a rockstar agent with incredible connections, savvy, and experience, Tami is just an amazing person. Grounded, kind, and with a great sense of humor, I feel happy to know her.

Lisa Chan Carnazzo is nothing but The Absolute Best Agent!

She is responsive, engaged and focused on selling your home. She is detail oriented and self motivated! She made an Excellent Partner in the sale of Our Home that did not sell for 90 Days under another brokerage firm and stale agent. Lisa came in, we made some needed and adjustments, and put the home right back onto the market just short of 30 days later, then within less than two weeks we had seven offers and sold our home 327Kk over asking! Her name is Lisa Chan...but my wife and I just call her...LISA CAN!!!

Excellent knowledge on Oakland area and hill side houses, great communication

Patrick demonstrated in depth understanding of the market and the houses in the Oakland area. He is fast at responding messages/emails. He helped me scheduled inspections and followed up with quotes on fixes the house needs post closing. He went into the crawspace with me to understand any issues within the house and explained things to me clearly. It was a pleasure working with Patrick!

Higher than 5 stars!

Jane and her team were flawless, literally, with every step of the process. My Mom’s house needed a lot of work. Jane and crew literally set the style, picked and contracted with the contractors, managed the project on a day to day basis, and handled all billing and sign-offs. Work was very high quality and exactly what the house needed without me needing to lift a finger basically. The project came in exactly on budget. The house was then marketed intensely by Jane, the price set just right (all with her guidance) and the offers then just flowed in. Closing was smooth and clean. Look no more! If you want an agent to get it ALL done correctly, on budget and on-time call her right now!
