My wife is from the Boston area and we asked friends who would be a good realtor in Sandwich, Ma. We were referred to Jane Bodrie. Wow! She was more than good! She was terrific!! We went to Sandwich in February. Jane notified us that many of the places that we had found on Zillow were either under contract or had been taken off the market, but she was not to be deterred. Do you recall that it was 25 degrees below zero!! Again, Jane was not to be deterred and made good use of our time. She resolved a couple of issues quickly that were not even a realtor’s job, like finding people and places to whom I could donate my household goods and furniture. Ryan was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. While there was a shortage of inventory in our buying process when we found a house we wanted to make an offer on we were given great advice to lock it in and avoid a lot of the "fun" other first time homebuyers are having with making multiple offers and getting none of them accepted. When issues arouse during home inspection Ryan went to the mat for us and got us what we wanted. I needed various services and Ryan was able to provide wonderful referrals of contractors, home inspector, closing attorney, and mortgage broker. The team of professionals he recommended made this the easiest process ever. While other friends have struggled to get through their first home purchases I felt like I was at the beach with the way everything was handled from start to finish, I just wish they knew Ryan before they started their buying process. Jane is absolutely amazing! We have worked with Jane multiple times before and she has worked her magic over and over again! She has represented us as the buying and selling agent over the last decade on three different homes.Jane has so much knowledge and so many contacts... It really makes the whole process so easy and quick. She is prompt in communication, which is so important in her line of work. There would be many days I was communicating with her at 7am and then again that night past 8 pm. I'm not sure when she rests or if she even does!I think I recommend her to everyone, even if they are not buying it selling a home!
