Needing to sell my home of 50 years I researched the plethora of real estate agents in my sprawling community of Cape Cod and decided that Annie Hart Cool's team of Sotheby International was the way to go. The team met with me several times and made the house presentable for showing without overwhelming staging. The 2-day showing garnered 65 viewers and multiple offers. The house sold within a week with $500,000 over the asking price. Annie was instrumental in helping me sell much of the contents and even helped getting a firm to help clean out the basement, garage, and shed. She stuck with me through the closing process and even managed to help with last minute details which the buyer requested. The closing went smoothly with the help of a lawyer suggested by Annie. I could not have chosen anyone more capable or efficient as Annie Hart Cool. My expectations were met beyond what I could have imagined. Jason was a great help though the selling process of my parents home in Mashpee, after my father's death. We had many challenges in the course of this on again and off again sale, (nothing to do with Jason!!) with family issues. Jason was very patient with us as we moved (slowly) through the issues we faced, but once we (finally) put it on the market he took it off the market after 48 hours, with 35 views and 11 offers! Thank you again, Jason, for everything you did for us! Jason is the best.

Laurie made sure we did not feel rushed or have any pressure to buy as we toured houses, she really wanted to be sure that the home we purchased was the best decision for our family. My wife is from the Boston area and we asked friends who would be a good realtor in Sandwich, Ma. We were referred to Jane Bodrie. Wow! She was more than good! She was terrific!! We went to Sandwich in February. Jane notified us that many of the places that we had found on Zillow were either under contract or had been taken off the market, but she was not to be deterred. Do you recall that it was 25 degrees below zero!! Again, Jane was not to be deterred and made good use of our time. She showed us listings that had recently been placed under contract and showed us some very new ones. Wow! Jane found us the perfect one.
