Laurie is a long time true Cape Cod professional who brings not only her own experience but generations of family experience in the business. She was able to help us avoid one home that was less than ideal, and then help us continue the process until we found something that worked for us. Most notably, she was able to take care of us after we closed, even going to the house and meeting handyman services months after the close. Our realtor who listed our house in Michigan referred us to Laurie. We were moving to Cape Cod to be close to family and, although we had visited Cape Cod, we were clueless when it came down to buying a home on the cape. Laurie's familiarity with Cape Cod (she grew up there), her extensive experience in real estate ( decades), her responsiveness (she was with us throughout the entire process), and her genial manner made her a joy to work with. Additionally, she connected us with a great bank and mortgage professional, an insurance agent, doctors, dentists, places to visit and dine ... well, you name it. I can back this up with the fact that this house is our 11th house ... best house, best location, and best realtor. Sometimes you get lucky.
