We were moving from out of state, on a quick timeline, with 2 10 year old boys. We were given Pamela's name and we are so glad to have worked with her! She was extremely professional, yet felt like working with family! She stood in for us as we hadn't moved into the state yet, and spoke up for us when ever needed! She had recommendations of people to use for the various aspects of the process but wasn't in any way pushy. And she was always available to help when ever we needed it. We had a medium to modest budget and I felt that we could have had a multi million dollar budget and she would have treated us the same. I can not speak more highly of her! She accommodated us for our 2 day house search, going to 10 houses, and gave us good suggestions in the offering process, again, not pushy but knowledgeable. We have purchased 2 other houses over the years and never had such a smooth well taken care of experience. She even had great suggestions of places to take the boys in the area for fun! Jackie representing me is one of the best professional experiences I've ever had. I started looking during a gruesome time (around July, '22, with prices still sky high, and interest rates rising quickly). My price range was really low, about as low I'm guessing that Jackie would ever encounter.
