After Stacey held our hands through process of selling our house in June and spending a fortune on rent, I knew that I had to make an investment while I still had the means to do so. As a first time single adult/homeowner, this process has been one of the most overwhelming experiences of my life, however, would have been completely unmanageable without the help of someone who truly cared about me and my emotional well being. In addition to being timely and responsive, she would send check in texts, as she was well aware of the toll this process was taking. I can say many wonderful things about her but her career success and reputation speak for themselves. I would recommend any first timers and seasoned professionals to trust Stacey to care for them just as she has for me because more imperative than being a commendable realtor, she is an even more exemplary human being.

While the process of putting our home up for sale was bound to be emotional, as we raised our children there from the ages of 2, 4 and 6, Stacey made it as smooth of a transition as humanly possible. From the moment I contacted her initially, she made herself a pleasant constant in our lives. She was truly kind hearted and empathetic to our situation of recent divorce and one of the first questions she asked was simply “How are you doing with it all?” in regard to it. In that moment I knew that I had selected the absolute perfect and only person for the task of putting our home on the market. Her level of professionalism matched her level of compassion as the entire process was explained (sometimes multiple times, as it was a lot to retain). In a mere 4 days of having it listed, we were receiving offers and ended up agreeing to an one which was over 64,000 above asking price. She never missed a beat and corresponded with us almost daily from that point forward and though we closed on the 16th of this month, she still checks in just to say hello. Her knowledge of this market is not only impressive but paramount to a rookie such as myself. Her ability to connect with people on a true human level, however, is what sets her far apart from anyone I’ve ever known simply doing what they do to make a living. Thanks to Stacey, the next chapter of my life has begun and I will forever remain grateful for that closure and peace of mind.
