I first met Pam when she came to my home as a prospective agent to list my property for rent or sale because I wasn’t sure which avenue I wanted to go. I was immediately impressed with Pam’s professional demeanor. We clicked right away. By the end of our meeting I felt I could entrust Pam with my sale. She has an instinctive nature about people as I do. She knew the right buyer for my property when they walked through the door. I felt like she and I made a great team from day one. The sale had longer than average delays and challenges since it was an international buyer but Pam was very communicative with me during the whole process and was proactive with the buyer’s agent initiating contact consistently. All agents have strengths and weaknesses just like all people do. One of Pam’s strengths is negotiating and that’s what matters most when desiring the best price for your property. Needing to sell my home of 50 years I researched the plethora of real estate agents in my sprawling community of Cape Cod and decided that Annie Hart Cool's team of Sotheby International was the way to go. The team met with me several times and made the house presentable for showing without overwhelming staging. The 2-day showing garnered 65 viewers and multiple offers. The house sold within a week with $500,000 over the asking price. Annie was instrumental in helping me sell much of the contents and even helped getting a firm to help clean out the basement, garage, and shed. She stuck with me through the closing process and even managed to help with last minute details which the buyer requested. The closing went smoothly with the help of a lawyer suggested by Annie. Jason was a great help though the selling process of my parents home in Mashpee, after my father's death. We had many challenges in the course of this on again and off again sale, (nothing to do with Jason!!) with family issues. Jason was very patient with us as we moved (slowly) through the issues we faced, but once we (finally) put it on the market he took it off the market after 48 hours, with 35 views and 11 offers!
