In short, there is none better. Her many years of experience shows in everything she does.

Susan is a sharp, bright sales lady. She goes the extra mile to be sure her client is satisfied and fully understands all aspects of the sale. She is willing to assist the client with all matters of technology not fully understood. She has a beaming personality and great sense of humor to assist in times things may not be going as the client would expect. She always reached a good and favorable end result. Our end result was far more than we expected - sale of the house in 24 hours and a bit extra above asking. Who could ask for more? Expertise; kindness; not afraid to assist the client; sense of humor; these are all qualities Susan possesses. Also, her market analysis was "spot-on."

Exemplary real estate

Outstanding real estate agent, I bought my elderly mom a home in the villages Fl. I wanted a home that needed remolded with a reasonable price, so I would have the funds to remodel the home the way my mom would love living in the house. Not only did she go out of her way , because I had to travel from Pennsylvania with extremely debilitating back issues,She found all of the contractors needed to remodel the house they were not only reasonable price but performed outstanding , perfection work. I would highly recommend her to anyone, in fact I already have. I recommend her to someone who is considering buying a second home in the villages and my husband and I own funeral homes and we take care of this family when one of their love ones pass away, so I am very particular on who I would put my own reputation on ,but I have no problem recommending Susan. If you don’t have an extremely knowledgeable agent it could cost you a lot of money . Some people think they can do it on their own but it’s much safer to leave it a professional like Susan.
