Not only was James’s knowledge and experience helpful and insightful, but his willingness to answer questions and go out of his way to take care of any issue that came up and couldn’t be handled by myself and family from out of town was tremendous relief. No matter the issue, James was very accommodating with the transaction of the sale.

James was patient throughout the entire home searching and buying process. We took longer than planned to get everything together, and he stayed with us. He was honest, trustworthy, and responsive to needs and questions. He often adjusted his schedule to meet with us, while still servicing other clients. I was hoping to get a certain amount for my house, but James was able to get me more than that. He could have just put my asking price and sold it for that, but he did the research and told me what the best listing amount would be. Overall, we got $20,000 more than I thought/wanted. It was a great experience working with James because he listened and offered helpful suggestions.
