Outstanding real estate agent, I bought my elderly mom a home in the villages Fl. I wanted a home that needed remolded with a reasonable price, so I would have the funds to remodel the home the way my mom would love living in the house. Not only did she go out of her way , because I had to travel from Pennsylvania with extremely debilitating back issues,She found all of the contractors needed to remodel the house they were not only reasonable price but performed outstanding , perfection work. I would highly recommend her to anyone, in fact I already have. I recommend her to someone who is considering buying a second home in the villages and my husband and I own funeral homes and we take care of this family when one of their love ones pass away, so I am very particular on who I would put my own reputation on ,but I have no problem recommending Susan. If you don’t have an extremely knowledgeable agent it could cost you a lot of money . Some people think they can do it on their own but it’s much safer to leave it a professional like Susan.
