Alison and Cara knew the locations where we were looking to purchase a home. We had a budget in mind and they researched and provided us with many listings to choose from. When we did find the home we were interested in, they had good comparables and knew the market. They represented us very well in our offer and negotiations. The home we purchased appraised for $12,000 higher than what we paid for it. They were always available for showings, communicated both during the day and evening when we needed to talk with them and answered all our questions. They kept us apprised of what paperwork was coming our way, what the contract deadlines were, and what was needed on our part. We worked with a great lending officer, Stephanie James from Supreme Lending who handled all our information for the loan, who was equally available to us, getting back quickly when we had questions or concerns. Cara and Alison worked very hard for us, to get us the size home we were looking for, in a great area, in a timely manner and with all our selection criteria. I would recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell their home. It was a great experience.
