Erik was our agent for our recent home purchase. From the beginning, be knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We were initially unsure if we wanted to purchase a home, and he was respectful of that and did not push us. When we came back to the market, we were apprehensive of how hot the market was, and if we could find a home in those conditions. An added challenge was that we had to do a lot of things remotely, and could only visit for 2 days to scout for houses. He was very accommodating of our demanding schedule, and we ended up visiting 14 homes in 2 days!
