We found Diane through a home builder, she is very good with communicating and excellent with answering any questions or concerns we had. I honestly haven't sold another home and bought a new home before so I didn't know what to expect. She definitely calmed me down multiple times and helped me figure out everything. My only complaint is that she was quiet sometimes but in all honesty I think I just didn't know what to expect and maybe I myself could be a little bit anxious and was being unrealistic with my expectations so that's not a true fault. Diane is excellent with communicating and answering my questions any time I reached out. She even cut get commission to help us out with getting what we needed which was great and she really didn't need to do that. She recommended a lender who is awesome and excellent even if we ended up going through the builders lender. For us selling our house was an emotional nightmare without sleeping and eating for weeks but in the end it all came through and worked out. I appreciate Diane she's truly a good person and she got our house sold in time to move into our new home

Jonathan is now the only realtor that we will use and we would referrer anyone to him. My wife found him on Facebook and he stepped up to work outside of his normal area (Douglas county) and helped us close quickly close on a house out in Lake County. That was 3 weeks ago and looking back on everything he made the stressful process almost fun. Jonathan’s proactive nature and attention to detail allowed us to get a house on our 2nd offer (one house previous to this one) and we were able to close in 26 days. That sounds like there were no curve balls, there were surprises but Jonathan was able to walk us through and keep everything on track. Zero communication problems, I don’t think this man sleeps, his recommendations were spot on and following his sage advice we got the house we wanted. We did get lucky with a few things so 26 days is not average, but if you are looking for a smart, capable agent to have in your corner I would just give Jonathan a call. I know Jonathan cares deeply about his clients, he mentioned his heart break over a couple that didn’t get a house after months of effort and it took a toll on him. If you want a large agency to push you through a process look somewhere else, If you want the personal attention and care from a human being that has your best interests in mind call Jonathan!
