Ultimately we did a new build and he was by our side through all of the contracting. It was our first time going through this process and he was very helpful at every step making sure we understood and got things done at the right times for a successful transaction. It was really reassuring to have him on the team to make sure we handled things correctly. When there were concerns to address with the builder along the way he was also very helpful. We found a great home in a great area with good timing on the build. Deanna also helped us with the Design Center process, which is always stressful. As the home started to be build, we had some strong concerns as the market shifted, loan rates increased and she helped us navigate these challenges. In the end, we changed directions and found a great resale home in another great area. She understood and supported our change in direction and was very helpful getting us through the process of buying this home. Overall, we were very happy with Deanna’s help and support and that of her team.
