When it came time to sell my property, it was with relief that I knew exactly who to turn to after working with Rick on the sale of my mom's house. Rick was a wonderful combination of optimistic (and correct!) as to the value of my property, and realistic as to expectations of the process. Those traits, along with his vast knowledge of the market, his connections, plus his kindness and sense of humor, alleviated a lot of the stress of the process. Deanna is great! She found me my townhouse last spring. This is definitely not a 9-5 job for her. She will look extensively to find you a home. I really appreciated her availability.
