Diana and Michael Kearns are an awesome balance and the best real estate couple around! They were very professional, calm, & collected throughout the entire process of selling our home and buying a new build in an unpredictable market. They continued to research, promote, and strive to get us the best offer we could get during a tough market season! Thank you Kearns Team!
Diana did an amazing job with helping me buy my first property! She made every step in the process understandable and easy to navigate. Her communication with me throughout the process was excellent and her response time was almost immediate every time I had questions. I will be recommending her to people I know looking to buy real estate, and I will be using her for future transactions.
Dianna Kearns was quick to respond to all of our questions, professional, and knowledgeable... she knows real estate! I highly recommend her and would not hesitate to use her again.
Diana and Michael were incredible to work with. They are so knowledgeable and really supported my partner and I in buying our first home. They were always available via phone, text, email. And they are great people to grab a drink with. Very happy with Diana and Michael- we have even referred friends already!
Diana was amazing, beginning to end. She was patient with us as we tried to get a basic grip on what neighborhoods we were interested in, completely understood our need to stick within a limited budget, and found us a variety of homes that met our needs. Her shepherding through the offer and closing process was more than I could have hoped for: she basically removed any sense of stress from the process and was the communicator that you wish all agents would be. I can't recommend her highly enough, and if we ever have to move again, I'll certainly be reaching out to her.
Diana was amazing to work with in both the selling and buying process. She is very knowledgeable of the CO market and helped us immensely in both the selling our home and finding our new dream home. I highly recommend Diana and her team for any real estate endeavors.
