I had such a great experience working with Mayra. It was a very long process for me but Mayra made it happen. I have been working hard for almost a year so I would be able to purchase my own house. During that process Mayra was always checking in on me to see if I needed anything and she educated me on everything since this was my first house. When the opportunity finally came up some obstacles came through and I was feeling defeated. Mayra supported my throughout that time and offer other options to me. We finally found another house, and I came on board again. The only thing is that is was a for sale by owner and Mayra was able to negotiate with the seller and I got a me great deal. It was amazing how Mayra was able to manage the transaction dealing with the seller and all the other stuff necessary while answering all the questions I had as a first time buyer. I am happy that at the end everything went on smoothly. I’m very grateful for choosing such a proactive and very motivated realtor. I couldn’t do it without her help and I will recommend her to anyone!
