We started following Cara's website and listings for over a year to keep a pulse on the market. After dealing with some questionable offers for financing from another large company, I reached out to Cara for advice. She saved us from, what could have been, a nightmare of a closing with this company. A little gun shy, we held off buying and still kept watching Cara's site.
