We found a house we loved but didn't have an agent yet. We reached out to Joan and she jumped all over it. She was able to get us a home tour the same day, helped us put together an offer the next day, with the offer accepted on the 3rd day. She did all that without even knowing us that well yet! She did a great job laying out the tools available to us to make an enticing offer, and I'm convinced we wouldn't have gotten the house without her. After the offer was accepted, she did an amazing job helping us navigate the closing process (we were first time home buyers).
